Surrounding Sapphires: 16 calibré-cut, natural, unheated blue Sapphires, totalling ~ 0.15 carats.
Additional Diamonds: 6 square step-cut, colorless E and F, VS (one SI-2) clarity, totalling 0.12 carat, along 2 transitional cut and 38 single cut Diamonds, colorless E and F, VS to SI-2 clarity, total 0.55 carat.
